Niagara Bottling: Meeting employees where they are

When it came to communicating benefits to employees, Niagara Bottling had a three-part problem. 

  1. Niagara has a multi-generational workforce of around 6,200 team members in the U.S. and Mexico. 
  2. Many of these team members spend a lot of their workday out in the field (and very little time in front of a computer).
