We are Jellyvision.

We help millions of people live happier, more secure lives, and thousands of companies make the most of their benefits investment with ALEX—the industry leader in employee benefits engagement.

Our Mission

Jellyvision’s mission is to improve lives by helping real people choose, use, and appreciate their benefits.

Innovating since 1989.

Have you ever heard of the hit CD-ROM games YOU DON'T KNOW JACK or Who Wants to be a Millionaire? That was us! But in 2008, we saw an opportunity to create an interactive employee benefits tool and never looked back. Now, we’re the proud makers of ALEX.

ALEX uses hard math to help employees make easier benefits choices.

As the benefits landscape becomes more complicated and confusing, our platform, ALEX, guides people through the tangled web—providing 24/7 benefits resources and guidance at key moments when they’re already thinking about their health and welfare.

Leveraging behavioral science and predictive analytics, we engage employees in a benefits experience that leads to smarter decision-making, more money saved, and increased trust in you as an employer.

Loved by more than 1,500 customers, 86% of employees say that ALEX gives them a better understanding of their benefits. ALEX users save 34% more in their retirement accounts and 19% more in their HSAs than non-ALEX users.

As the world evolves, ALEX evolves.

The people and purpose behind ALEX.

Our purpose is simple, we strive to be helpful (and have fun while doing it). We aim to delight everyone we come in contact with while making their lives easier. This applies to our customers, partners, and fellow team members.

We have a talented group that excels at communicating complicated subject matter clearly and compellingly, tailoring a unique experience for everyone we work with.

We know that solving big, complex problems is best done through collaboration. In a remote environment, that isn’t always easy. So whether it’s with an annual team-authored cookbook, a raucous charity silent raffle, in-person events (more like concerts) featuring the Jellyvision band, professional exploration via JellyVISIONS hackathons, or the number of other experiences we offer—connection comes first.

Oh, and our people live by the following code:
