We have a talented group that excels at communicating complicated subject matter clearly and compellingly, tailoring a unique experience for everyone we work with.

We know that solving big, complex problems is best done through collaboration. In a remote environment, that isn’t always easy. So whether it’s with an annual team-authored cookbook, a raucous charity silent raffle, in-person events (more like concerts) featuring the Jellyvision band, professional exploration via JellyVISIONS hackathons, or the number of other experiences we offer—connection comes first.

Chief Executive Officer

Leading Jellyvision since 2011, Amanda is a huge part of our success, has more awards than we can list, is an active mentor, board member, and angel investor in the Chicago tech community.

Into wine, food, fun facts, and startups. She will like your dog. 🐶

Brynn Michelich

Chief of Staff

Brynn has been with Jellyvision since the creation of the first ALEX demo. Her full organizational knowledge, planning and change management skills have driven us to scale and grow.

Likes well-planned easter eggs, calisthenics during meetings, and anything that requires a good planning spreadsheet. 🥚

Chrissy Krampert

Chief Strategy Officer

Chrissy is a customer-obsessed leader with deep experience in product, marketing, and sales enablement. She builds cross-functional networks that align marketing + sales + product.

Loves traveling with her family to allll the places, aims for an annual reading goal of 100 books. 📖

Eric Pumiglia

Chief Revenue Officer

Eric is a versatile leader with deep expertise in the insurance industry. His career has been focused on driving and evolving sales, account management, and partnership development.

Spends his weekend on a tractor, grows several varieties of carrots (really into carrots). 🥕

Jay Sinder

Jay is a software veteran with a variety of C-suite positions under his belt. He’s on the boards of directors for several companies, and holds an MBA from University of Chicago and a BS from University of Michigan.
