The Top Reasons to Attend Engage 2024

This April, the Jellyvision team is hitting the benefits engagement highway for Engage 2024: road trip edition! At this full-day, virtual event, we’re handing you a complete roadmap so that you can confidently take the wheel this open enrollment.

In its third year, Engage is our most popular annual event. You won’t want to miss it! Hop in the car for educational sessions featuring real HR pros and industry leaders, and stay for a bit of fun sprinkled throughout.

Here’s why you should join us:

1. Hit the pavement with leading keynote speakers

This year, we’re putting nationally recognized speakers and authors in the driver’s seat to motivate us for the year ahead and inspire us to build better workplaces.

We’ll kick things off with best-selling author and CEO of the American Negotiation Institute, Kwame Christian. His interactive talk, Finding Confidence in Conflict, will help you overcome fear and anxiety if you’re having difficult conversations about benefits changes or cutbacks this year, showing you how to strengthen your relationships with employees in the face of adversity.

Then, CEO & Co-founder of Delivering Happiness Jen Lim will show us how to bond with our fellow car passengers in her presentation, Bringing Humanity to Work. Best-selling author of Beyond Happiness, Lim will inspire you to create a genuine, inclusive work environment that drives profit and purpose.

I learned from inspirational leaders how to meet the needs of employees with flexibility and creativity.

2. Swap stories from the road with your peers

The best conversations happen on the open road! This year, we’re welcoming real-life HR and benefits leaders who will share how they’re steering their organizations towards smarter benefits communications.

We’ll find out why benefits aren’t a once-a-year road trip, and learn how leading organizations are embracing in-the-moment benefits communication. And we’ll follow the GPS to better employee engagement at open enrollment, learning the mile markers you should hit to make your busiest time of year successful.

Plus, we’ll give you a few (easy!) opportunities to join in on the fun and meet other HR and benefits pros just like you!

It was an absolute joy attending Engage 2023, and it’s been all I could talk about at work.

3. Anticipate upcoming HR potholes

2024 is bringing a whole new set of roadblocks to our HR community. From rising healthcare costs to an aging workforce to budget cuts, you might be feeling like your team has a flat tire.

Engage will provide all the roadside assistance you need—offering access to the latest benefits research, insights from HR leaders about their biggest priorities for the year, and ideas about how to better educate Medicare-eligible folks.

Really appreciated hearing from great speakers and panels from various businesses. This event reinforced what we’re already doing, and what we want to do better in the future.

4. Leave the highway better than you found it

We’re picking up litter and repaving cracks in the road! To give back to our community and honor the journey we’re taking together, Jellyvision will make a donation to Meals on Wheels for every Engage attendee. That’s right—the more people who attend, the more we’ll donate—so bring a friend! (Just make sure you call shotgun first.)

I was so impressed by the execution of the theme. The audience was really engaged, which is no small feat when hosting virtually!

Engage is the must-attend event of the year if you’re looking for ways to better meet the needs of your diverse workforce, contain healthcare spending in the midst of inflation, and maximize your benefits investment. We hope to see you on the road!
