The Tribune’s company culture survey results are in – once again, naming Jellyvision one of the best companies to work for in Chicago.

CHICAGO– November 10, 2017 – Today Jellyvision, maker of employee communications platform ALEX, was recognized by the Chicago Tribune as a Top Workplace in Chicago. This is the fourth consecutive time Jellyvision has been so honored, and that’s something talented job-seekers might want to keep in mind as they’re pondering career moves, especially if they’re nice people who are funny and awesome and cool.

The Chicago Tribune’s annual Top Workplaces list honors companies that provide a positive, productive and mission-driven environment for their employees. The honorees are chosen based on the results from employee feedback surveys from Energage, LLC, a leading research firm specializing in organizational health and workplace improvement.

“This is a special kind of recognition,” said Jellyvision’s SVP of People, Mary Beth Wynn, “because it’s based on the happiness of our employees. Being a great place to work is as important to us as making great products.”

The questions in the Top Workplaces survey measure employee satisfaction with their employers’ career opportunities, executive leadership, communication structure, company culture and compensation quality. The Chicago Tribune and Energage work solely off the results from these questionnaires to choose the Top Workplaces title recipients.

“We put a lot of effort into making Jellyvision a respectful, inclusive, fun place to work” said Wynn, “and when our employees are happy enough with what we’re doing that we’re winning Top Workplace honors four years in a row? That lets us know we’re on the right track.”
