Built In Chicago, a tech community, holds the Moxie Awards to recognize Chicago’s most innovative digital companies across 16 categories. The awards are voted on by a panel of judges and the general public, with voting weight split evenly between the two groups. This year, 22,000 votes were cast, and thousands of individual nominations were submitted.
And this year, not only did Jellyvision take home the award for Best Software Company and Best Company Culture, our intrepid leader Amanda Lannert was voted CEO of the Year… for the second year in a row!
“You can’t build great products or a great company without great people, and these awards really belong to the employees who make Jellyvision everything it is,” Amanda said after the ceremony. “I feel truly lucky to work with the hardest-working, most talented, nicest, and just plain funniest people in Chicago… or anywhere, for that matter. This recognition is a testament to the dedication they bring to the office day-in and day-out. We couldn’t be more thrilled.”
