Our 300+ Jellypeople (a term we’ve adorably coined for ourselves) come in all shapes, sizes, colors, genders, experience levels, etc.
But it’s not intentional.
Fast Company recently featured Jellyvision as a company that has achieved equality and, as such, talked to Mary Beth Wynn, our Head of People about how we maintain our balance. Our Jellyfamily consists of 51% males and 49% females; our leadership team is 55% male and 45% female.
The secret sauce?
It’s not so much a direct initiative as it is letting our bias-free hiring process do its thing.
