Some fine day, early next year, your benefits department is going to mail out a metric ton of 1095 forms to your employees, as is required by the Affordable Care Act.
And unless your employees are those rare human beings who enjoy poring over new tax form protocol while eating their morning Fruit Loops, and/or revel in translating U.S. Government legalese into English…a few days after those forms arrive, your email inbox is going to blow up with questions from concerned and confused employees – some polite, and some less so.
Our guess is: this will be unpleasant for you, for a number of reasons.
Reason 1: It’s not fun answering the same questions over and over again.
Reason 2: You’re still wrapping your brain around all this 1095 stuff yourself, so might feel less than 100% confident in the answers you’re providing.

Reason 4: You’re already busy with a million other things, and just: UNNNNGH!! AARRGGH!!!
