Welcome back to The Communications Breakdown! This week I’m going to continue the discussion on sending strong benefits communication via postcards by talking about the three most important elements of your postcard’s back side.

Because postcards are great for getting benefits messages to employees and their families, I want to make sure you’re getting the most out the medium.

Since you can’t count on the person at the mailbox flipping your card over to see the front, you want to do everything you can to make the back side as useful as possible.

Like last week, I’m also going to share one of our ALEX Central postcard templates. It’s in PowerPoint, so you don’t need any fancy designer tools to get it open.
