Adam Charney

Majored in communications, particularly television production, but ended up building and selling recording studios to the Chicago jingle market instead. In the late 90s, recording studios became largely computer based - Adam assimilated and become a computer guy. When the jingle market dried up, Adam continued to ignore his education and sought to work solely in computers, namely for Jellyvision. That was a long time ago and Adam has been running Jellyvision's network ever since. In his spare time Adam enjoys golfing, playing guitar and woodworking but does not enjoy being asked to work (for free) on networks or computers of friends and mostly relatives.

Why I like to Work at Jellyvision

I like to work at Jellyvision because I enjoy the challenge of being an IT guy. We have a limited budget, so I run everything on 10BaseT hubs and Pentium 1 servers. We upgraded our modem lines to frame relay lately, but the hardware is having trouble keeping up. I can’t blame the "girls" though - they're over 10 years old now.
